How Quick-Lock Works
Turn the locking screw to 12 o'clock to release plates, stack on the weight you need, then lock it back into place. The same plates work across our adjustable dumbbells, adjustable kettlebells, EZ Curl Bar, and Straight Bar, so one set of weights serves multiple tools. Plates are labeled in both lbs and kgs.
Weight Ranges & Upgrade Paths
- Adjustable dumbbells: 5 to 75 lbs standard, with a 45 lb starter set for beginners, a 75 lb upgrade kit, a 120 lb kit, and a custom 165 lb add-on kit for advanced lifters

Adjustable kettlebells: expandable with 57.5 lb and 80 lb weight kits, and up to 102.5 lbs
This range means the same equipment can grow with you from beginner to advanced training without buying new gear.
Space Savings
- Adjustable dumbbell handle: 6.7" square x 14.5" long (fully loaded to 75 lbs)
- Empty kettlebell handle: 8.75" wide x 7.75" tall
One adjustable dumbbell or kettlebell replaces a rack of fixed weights, which matters most in home gyms with limited floor space. If you prefer fixed-weight training, our 3-tier and 4-tier dumbbell racks keep weights organized and off the floor, reducing trip hazards.

Ergonomics
Adjustable dumbbells allow an unrestricted grip. The adjustable kettlebell handle is shaped like a traditional kettlebell handle, and the locking screw is positioned so it doesn't interfere with your grip. The EZ Curl Bar adds knurled grips for secure handling during curls and presses.
