The QLKB handle weighs 12.5 lbs empty and accepts Quick-Lock Dumbbell weight plates using the same locking screws, making it a great way to expand your adjustable dumbbells and save money. Standard locking screws build up to 47.5 lbs, the Add-On Kit locking screws take you up to 70 lbs. This is a serious training tool at these weight capacities. It locks up absolutely tight and is safe to swing around aggressively.
The handle is big enough for two-handed use but shaped well for a single hand, extra strong with just the right amount of grip. The shape and ergonomics are the result of extensive R&D, with extra room in the handle area so the locking screw never interferes with your grip. Sold as a single handle, though you can grab two for an extra challenge.
