Please read this Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using the https://www.ironmaster.com website (the “Website”) operated by Ironmaster LLC, a(n) Limited Liability Company formed in Washington, United States (“us”, “we”, “our”) as this Terms of Service contains important information regarding limitations of our liability. Your access to and use of this Website is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to everyone, including but not limited to visitors, users and others, who wish to access and use the Website.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you do not have our permission to access or use the Website.

Ironmaster Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our most important asset. 30% of our sales come from referrals from satisfied customers. Try our equipment in your home for up to 30 days and if you are not satisfied after trying the equipment, we will give you a full refund including all shipping charges (out of country purchases and factory blemished clearance items excepted). A description of reason for dissatisfaction will be required and reviewed by Ironmaster prior to approval. If you decide to return your equipment, contact Ironmaster to ask for a return authorization. Items may not be returned after 30 days from receipt. Products must be returned in original condition and packaging (including all internal protective materials). Use care when repacking for shipment to prevent scratching and possible damage. If you are not sure how to prepare the packages, please contact us for assistance. Refurbishing or replacement charges may apply depending on the condition of the goods during inspection and will be deducted from the refund.

***Note: Orders cancelled after shipping has taken place or refused upon delivery and/or returned within 30 days, but not for legitimate product satisfaction reasons will be allowed, but will only be refunded less all shipping costs even if free shipping was used, in which case actual shipping costs will be provided.***

30 day trial period applies after receipt of goods. If you notice any issues with your order shipment, please contact us and we will replace any defective or missing part needed. It is our option to replace or repair any defective part. Customer pays freight on warranty work and parts that has past the 30 day trial period.

Cancellation policy

We offer cancellations on purchases made of the goods offered on our Website. We offer cancellations only prior to shipment. You may cancel your order by contacting us. If you cancel your purchase, you will be charged a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee shall be as follows: Credit Card Processing Fee of 3% (5% for International orders). The processing fees are not refundable to the merchant. We will issue you a partial refund of the purchase price that you paid if you cancel your purchase.

We reserve the right to cancel your purchase for any reason, at our sole discretion, including but not limited to fraud, inaccuracies, and unavailability of the items or services purchased. We will not provide you with any notice prior to canceling your purchase.

We will issue a full refund of the purchase price you paid if we cancel your purchase.

Refund policy

We offer refunds on purchases made of the goods offered on our Website. To qualify for a refund, you must submit your request to us within 30 days of your purchase date by contacting us. Please refer to our Shipping and Return page for more details.

We offer refunds on any purchases of the goods offered on our Website for the following reason(s) only: the good, digital product or service failed to meet the warranties, if any, with receipt, and solely for satisfaction reasons. Please note that we do not offer refunds for any other reasons other than those listed above.

You are required to ship your purchased goods back to us to receive a refund. We will not be able to issue you a refund if you do not ship the goods back to us. Shipping policy

Mobile Terms of Service

The Ironmaster mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Ironmaster Distribution (“Ironmaster”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Ironmaster’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Ironmaster through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Ironmaster. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Ironmaster mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
