Benches & Attachments

Ironmaster makes two adjustable weight benches: the Super Bench and its successor, the Super Bench PRO V2. Each offers 11 adjustable positions and accepts a full line of attachments, including a Cable Tower, so one bench can become a complete single station home gym.

Who They're For

Both benches are built for safety and durability through years of heavy lifting. They suit home gym owners who want a reliable, time-tested, customer-approved adjustable bench, are looking for a space efficient solution, and personal trainers opening a studio who need a multi-functional bench system.

Super Bench & Super Bench PRO: Features and Specs

The Ironmaster Super Bench and Super Bench PRO are adjustable workout benches that expand into a full home gym system. They combine a patented adjustment system, interchangeable pull-pin attachments, and a 1,000 lb frame rating.

Compatible Attachments

Each attachment installs with a simple pull-pin mechanism, so you can swap or remove them in moments:

  • Crunch Situp
  • Bar Dip Handle
  • Chin Up Bar
  • Leg Attachment
  • Preacher Curl Pad
  • Hyper Core
  • NoriC Curl/Leg Hold-down
  • Dumbbell/Barbell Spotting Stand
  • Spotting Stand Base
  • Cable Tower Seat
  • Cable Tower V2
  • Wheel Kit
  • Handle Kit
  • Kick Stand

Adjustability

Both benches use a patented seat system with three positions (flat, incline, and upright) and 11 lockout angles: 0, 5, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, and 85 degrees. A foot-operated lever changes the angle without pins, so you can switch positions mid-workout.

Dimensions and Footprint

  • Super Bench: 18.75" x 41" footprint
  • Super Bench PRO: 20.75" x 47" footprint, 17.2" tall in the flat position
  • With cable tower: a 19" x 22" x 86" cable tower brings overall length to 62"
  • Bench pad length: 44", long enough for a 6'0" lifter to keep their feet up on the pad

Durability and Safety

  • Heavy-duty welded frame rated for 1,000 lbs
  • Wide base and large foot tubes for stability at any angle
  • Seat stays close to the backrest pad when inclined, minimizing gaps that could cause sliding
  • No folding parts, so the bench stays rigid when moved
  • Attachments built from the same heavy-duty materials as the bench

Weight and Portability

  • Super Bench: 60 lbs (65 lbs with incline seat)
  • Super Bench PRO: 64 lbs (68 lbs with incline seat)
  • The PRO includes a standard wheel set and handle. A wheel kit and handle kit are sold separately for the original Super Bench.
  • Quick assembly with a few bolts and nuts at the base

Padding

The 44" x 10" bench pad has stitched vinyl upholstery and is built to resist flattening over time. It is 3" thick on the Super Bench and 2.5" high-density foam on the PRO.
