Fully Adjustable:
- 11 lock-out angles: 0, 5, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, and 85 degrees, covering incline, decline, flat, and upright positions
- Note: we recommend using the Crunch Situp attachment for decline angles, to help hold your legs. Minimal decline angles are possible without it.
- Included incline seat has 3 positions. Seat height at 85 degrees can be set to 12.5", 14.5", or 23.5" from the floor
- Top of main pad: 24.5" above the seat at the highest incline seat position, 35.5" at the lowest, 33.5" at center

Built for Comfort:
- High-density, commercial grade pad: 44" x (10.25"/12.25") x 2.5" thick, with durably stitched vinyl upholstery
- Seat: 9.5" long x 9.25" wide at the back x 5.25" wide at the front
- Incline seat pad tapers toward the front for leg clearance and adjusts up or down for comfort
- Incline seat moves with the backrest pad to stay perpendicular at any angle, so you won't slide off like you might on benches with a shallow seat angle
- Seat can be removed for a large, gapless pad
- Incline seat connects in seconds, no pins or knobs required

What's Different from the Original Super Bench:
