Solid professional quality. I really appreciate the fact that the leg roller pad caps screw on and hold the caps and rollers in place. I have several other home gym pieces of equipment in which the companies went the cheap way, using a plastic plug to hold the caps, and All of them quickly popped off and no longer will hold. Ironmaster products are well thought out, well made, and extremely durable and functional.

I have never liked "bench sit ups." I end up holding a plate on my chest, but I never really felt like they were working. I finally bought this during Ironmaster's summer sale, and holy smokes, it's amazing! The Ironmaster bench can go from flat to vertical, and as I approached the vertical settings, this thing lit me up like the 4th of July. Best ab workout I've had.

Best crunch bar to really work the abs with the bench and being able to tilt the super bench along with this bar really gives a great workout. Better than laying on the floor doing ab crunches.

This product is very versatile and can be used for more than just abdominal work. I also use it for things such as a leg stand for split squats and as a leg roller to hold you in place for pulling lifts!

I use this more for decline bench press, I’m 5’9 and it’s even a comfortable position on the shortest setting, so I’d imagine someone that’s 6 ft+ would be comfortable on a higher setting as well. Padding is very nice too.

Your super bench pro will not be a true FID bench without this attachment. It's solid and doesn't move.

This attachment is very sturdy and has lots of adjustments. It is a necessary attachment if any type of decline work is desired. I've been using it as an inversion table and it has worked great. The foam rollers really need to have covers on them like the leg attachment has. I know they are available (when in stock) but they should be included.

I bought the attachment in the hopes I could turn my bench into a pseudo-inversion table, and I'm pleased to say it works great! I can comfortably get in and out of a near vertical decline position (haven't tried full vertical yet). But even a less steep angle gets a great stretch. I'm 5'6" and I use the attachment on one of the middle settings and my head and shoulders are off the ground. For those 6' and taller, it may not work as well (even on the most elongated setting).

I put must have because if you own the super bench and you want to do decline bench presses you have to have this attachment. I don’t say that in a negative way because it’s great when doing decline presses with the Dumbbells. It also is great for abs and your obliques when you want to get an extreme decline position to really workout them abs. I love all the Ironmaster equipment and I will most of it.
