    Solid, great knurling, smooth and firm!

    Bought two of these and the knurling is very good, handle girth is just right and the welds and construction are top quality.

    Single Pulley HandleReview

    I love this single handle pulley even more than the ones at the gym. I bought the chain fly kit that comes with two of these and also the extra chains to make it longer. I honestly thought that it would make a noise when using it but it's super quiet. Get the Chain fly kit. It makes the length perfect to do exercises like side laterals for the bottom pulley on the IM2000 with the perfect amount of distance to perform the exercise.
