Resistance Bands

I initially ordered a bundle , when the package arrived I noticed ironmaster had accidentally sent me 2 black bands instead of one purple and one black. When I emailed them about the mistake they responded quickly with a tracking number of my purple band. Just one of the few reasons why ironmaster has been around so long is their unmatched customer support, I truly appreciate it.\r\n \r\nI first used resistance bands in physical therapy while recovering from a back injury I sustained in the military. Since then they’ve been a staple of all my work outs from warm ups to incorporating them into my kettlebell days. \r\n\r\nThese are very high quality resistance bands, I’ve been using them every day for assisted pull-ups , resistance stretching and resistance training. \r\n\r\nOverall I highly recommend these bands especially if you intend to use it alongside a foam roller for stretching and warming up.

Being sarcastic there.\r\nIronmaster produces good quality products at a good price, and the bands are no exception. They feel good, have good resistance and I like them. Took them on a business trip and they were great fill-ins for the what the hotel gym didn't have. Thanks Ironmaster!

SHOULD HAVE ORDERED ANOTHER BUNDLE SET FOR SOME MORE OPTIONS, BUT I WILL. IT IS JUST A GREAT OPTION TO INCREASE IN YOUR ARSENAL. PERFECT FOR VACATION, TRIPS. MANY USES AND RESISTANCE INCREASES AND VARIATION IN MY ROUTINES. ANOTHER HIGH QUALITY PRODUCT.

I initially purchased these just to complete a package to secure a discount on the Super Bench Pro and Situp Attachment; however, as someone who was completely new to resistance bands, I'm liking the possibilities that these have opened up. It's so easy to just pick these up and get a quick pump going or do some pull aparts to help with that shoulder health! I can see myself carrying these if I go on vacation in case I won't be able to get a full gym.

I got these to use in a new program without having used bands before; they work! Plus, when in the hospital for the birth of my daughter, I packed the red band in my overnight bag which allowed me to not only get my heart rate up and stretch, but I also did squats and resistance training--my legs were sore the next day! These are a staple for home and on the road.
