This mace handle is designed to accept your Quick-Lock Dumbbell weight plates, giving your home gym new options, from warm-ups to specialized mace-only training. Perform familiar movements like squats and curls with added weight, or focus on unilateral exercises like lunges. Mace-specific training lets you precision target your core, shoulders, back, and arms. It's a great workout, excellent for shoulder health pre-hab and rehab, and genuinely fun.
