Low Row Bar

I was surprised that there was not a review already for the low row bar. I bought this along with a package of several Ironmaster products and this is one of my most used attachments for back and triceps. You get two attachments in one! It works as a normal v bar for triceps and is great for low pulley cable rows. I used to use only the close grip attachment for low rows but have found this attachment to be really effective at targeting my middle back. The construction is solid and what you would expect in a commercial gym and I really like the knurling on the handles. Definitely recommend.
