Most lifting straps make you fuss with buckles and readjust mid-set while a loose tail swings free. Alpha Grips skip all of that. The nylon strap crosses over itself to form one fixed loop: slide your hand through, wrap the rubber-dipped ends around the bar, and go. No buckle to snag, no strap-end flopping around your wrist, nothing to re-tighten between sets. Built for the lifts where your grip gives out before your muscles do, deadlifts, rows, shrugs, and pull-ups.
Specs:
- S/M: black nylon with black grip. Fits hands 4" wide or less
- L/XL: red nylon with black grip. For larger hands
- Fixed loop, heavy-duty nylon strap for lasting durability
- Rubber dipped ends lock onto the bar's knurling
- Includes Ironmaster logo patch
- Sold in pairs
Notes:
- Most users at Home Gym Con preferred the S/M.
