Our Super Bench is more than just a dumbbell bench. We designed it to be the base of complete and high-performing home gyms. Super strong
Our adjustable bench is capable of supporting extremely heavy loads so you can press to your limits and maximise your strength gains.
- Generous load capacity. This bench is rated for 1000 lbs if set in the flat position. It can support up to 600 lbs if the incline seat is used or when tilted.
- Exceptionally strong steel. We use a combination of 11 and 12 gauge steel frames in constructing our Super Bench for guaranteed durability and strength.
- Anti-rust protection. It features powder-coated frames with chrome parts to handle your gym pounding.
- Long-lasting padding. We use a thick commercial grade pad with durable vinyl upholstery and stitching to give you many years of bench pressing.
- Warranty included. Each Super Bench comes with a 10-year warranty for the frame and structural components and a one-year warranty for the normal wear parts such as rubber, surface finishes and upholstered items. The warranty is for the original purchaser and for personal home use only.
Super versatile
The Super Bench is the epitome of what an adjustable weight training bench is and should be. From its multi-functional design that allows it to work with a growing number of Ironmaster attachments to its several lockout angles, this bench is packed with many features for a powerful total body workout.
- Multiple positions. This adjustable utility bench can be set in four positions - Flat, Incline, Decline, Upright - for effective and varied bench pressing and dumbbell pressing routines. Note: we recommend using the Crunch Situp attachment with the bench for decline angles to help hold your legs. Minimal angles are possible without the attachment.
- The incline seat in the upright position can have a 12", 14" or 16" height from the floor. (Distance from seat to top of main bench pad is 36", 34 or 32" in the highest seat position)
- Eleven lock-out angles. With a total of eleven angles - 0, 5, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80 and 85 degrees - for you to choose from, your bench pressing workouts are sure to be challenging, exciting and never boring.
- Accepts a growing list of attachments. We designed our Super Bench to be a real workhorse in any gym. More attachments are still being developed for the future, but in the meantime, our bench can be used together with the following accessories:
- A solid foundation for home gym training. Use this bench with your other Ironmaster equipment such as Quick-Lock adjustable dumbbells, Olympic bars, IM2000 smith machine/ half rack for the ultimate home gym training experience.
- Suited for home and light commercial use. The Super Bench was originally designed for personal home use, but owing to its excellent construction and superior functionality, many personal trainers and owners of fitness studios have included it in their gyms for the use of their clients as well.

- Commercial quality pad. Our Super Bench features a 44" x 10" x 3" thick commercial grade pad. The included incline seat is made of the same high-quality material. The backrest pad is 31" above the seat in the highest position.
- Firm support. Our thick bench pad will not give you that uncomfortable sinking feeling while you're lifting a heavy Olympic bar or pair of dumbbells.
- Vinyl upholstery. Our pad comes wrapped in vinyl material for your enhanced comfort.
Tapered seat. The included incline seat has a tapered edge so it will not cut into the inside of your legs. It can also be adjusted up or down for your optimal comfort.

Every inch of our Super Bench has been carefully and expertly designed to ensure your safety for the entire duration of your workout.
- Superb locking power. Once you have adjusted the bench into your desired lockout angle and secured it in place with our patented angle adjustment ring with foot lever, you can rest assured it will stay that way until you finish your workout.
- Ultra stable. Regardless of whether you choose the Flat, Incline, Decline, or Upright position, our Super Bench will not produce any shaking or trembling movement.

- Simple tools only. Setting up our Super Bench requires the use of very simple tools to make the assembly process easier for you.
- Dual-sided operation. Whether you are left-handed or right-handed, you will find our adjustable bench a breeze to use because our unique bench angle adjustment ring with foot lever can be operated from both sides of the bench. This innovative gear has a patented design US 6,994,661.
- Quick Change. Change positions in just seconds. No need to bend over looking for a pull pin, just operate the foot lever and rotate.
- Pin-less seat. The included incline seat attaches easily from the side of the bench without any need for pins.
- Effortless transfers. Our Super Bench can be easily transferred and moved to another part of your gym. Nothing needs to be adjusted prior to transport and nothing unfolds during the actual transit. The bench weighs 60 lbs on its own, and 65 lbs if the incline seat is included. The bench measures 44" long x 18.75" wide x 20" high in the flat position. The frame has an 18.75" x 41" footprint.

I've had mine since around 2010 (?) and do not have any of the attachments. I needed a bench rated at 1000 lbs and this one is. I have been unable to damage it except for the dust accumulation in my now-open-air gym in a pole barn. I wish it was shorter to use with my IM950 smith machine for bench press but, I have really worked, and enjoyed, this thing. It's a keeper

I thought people might want to see a long term review of the super bench. I’ve had mine for over 2 years now. I also got the leg extension, dip bar, pull up bar, and leg attachment for sit ups. Everything works perfectly and I use all the attachments regularly. Durability has been great, the only minor gripe is the rubber feet slip of when I move the bench around, if I remembered to do it, I could always glue the feet on but I always forget. All in all highly recommended, great quality, and space saving. I love it.

Very solid and well built. Tilting mechanism is very smooth and easy to use. I’m short, ~5’6”, so wish it was about 1 inch lower, but can make do. Reliable company and shipped on time, well packed and had easy minimal assembly.

i got this many years ago maybe 5 or more years ago. not that sure. still holding up and still looks brand new with no damage! this is the best bench to get and the price is worth it!

I love this bench. Getting the wheels is a must though. It makes it so much easier to move around. I have purchased 2 benches since 2007 and the newest one July 2020. No other companies make such a versatile bench with so many attachments. My only gripe would be the bench height for my short wife. She is 5 feet tall and I use the calf block to put her feet on it and then the bench is fine. It isn't advertised by Ironmaster but the Superbench works great with bands while doing the Hyperextension with the HyperCore attachment. This is such an important part of your home gym. If you choose this bench, You might fall in love and get everything else like I did.

I chose the super bench over the super bench pro because of the added height and compact form. Im 510, 200lbs and wanted a versatile bench I could store at the base of my bed, while being light enough to move around. Quality is rock solid, like a bench you would find at a gym! The bench is a workhorse allowing me to do a ton of different exercises and stretches. The extra height feels like a luxury when doing pullovers, lying dumbbell rows, step-ups, rear shoulder flys or even just dumbbell shoulder press as this seat can go a lil higher up than the super bench pro.
I bought 2 accessories, the crunch sit-up attachment and the dip handles". Both are solid and work great, although I think the super bench pro might have an improved way to connect attachments to the bench.
Love how easy it is to just raise and lower the bench with my foot on the lever. One day I might get the hybrid pad as it could help with decline exercises and flat benchpress, but Im really enjoying how comfortable the default pad is, no pressure points, feels nice to just sit on too, lol.

Very happy with this purchase! I researched for months for a bench that would give me the functionality I desire in a small footprint, and this bench nails it. Got it with the dip bar, sit up, preacher curl, leg attachment, and wheel kit. It's super solid and what little assembly there was, was a breeze. I can easily move it out of the corner and adjust it for all my exercises. It works perfectly with my existing weights and elastic bands. And it looks great! Highly recommended

Best multifunction bench on the market. As sturdy and probably sturdier than most benches in a commercial gym. With accessories, this thing can do a lot. Even without, however, its great. I particularly like that it can go fully vertical. If you have the attachment to hold your legs in place, this then doubles as an inversion table, which is great.
Its a little taller than the average bench due to the mechanism that lets it fully rotate, but overall Im okay with that. Im taller and enjoy the extra height for most things, it just took some getting used to when benching.

Just set up my Super Bench combo and couldn't be happier!
What an awesome product. I purchased a combo with dip bar and situp/decline attachment. Everything is so well made.
All the parts fit like they should making setup a breeze. I've already started using the bench and am so glad I went with Ironmaster.

I bought this bench in 2005. I'm here to say you can't go wrong with this bench; it will be the last one you buy. I've had no issues, except for wearing out the padding after lots of heavy use. l called Iron Master to see if I can buy only the padding and to my surprise they offered to send me a replacement for free since I have used it so much the pad wore down - now that's a company that stands by there product! I promise you won't regret buying this bench. Oh yeah, almost forgot, I got the accessories too and again, no issues. Very tough equipment. I got the dumbbell set also (the old style) and no issues there either. I'm telling you, be prepared to have this equipment for life.

Solid, versatile and compact. That's it in a nutshell. I have no hidden agenda as I bought this on the secondary market so what I CAN tell you it's still solid six years on. For those that enjoy speed work outs this is the perfect bench. I tilt this to roughly a 50 degree angle and do dumbbell press then reverse immediately into an ""incline"" sit up position. The other way is to do the dumbbell press quickly, remove the seat and with the bar dip attachment reversed or over your head grab them and do leg lifts then reinsert the seat again. A word of caution before sitting down after adjustment. ALWAYS check to see if the bench is LOCKED down into the groove and double check it by pressing down on the seated end. There's been a few times where I heard the click of the lever, go to sit down(as the dumbbells are on the floor next to my feet) and wham, my ass drops and the bench fly's up. Luckily I caught myself. I'll caution you to NEVER adjust the seat then pick up the weights & go sit down with weights in your hands. Don't. Do. It. Be safe & double check the locking mechanism first. As for the height. Just to give an idea of my dimension the bench measured 19"". I wear a size 30"" length jeans and with that I'm on my tipy toes. My arms whilst doing a press on the bench in the flat position the hex dumbbells can't touch the floor naturally as I have to release them the last inch or two. I only bring this up for those of you with rotator cuff issues. I had to stretch and definitely felt the pressure in my shoulder as it's unnatural to have the shoulder go in that direction. On the other hand as you can see with the Bowflex adjusted to 40# it was easy landing. My shoulder felt good due to the large circumference of the Bowflex weight. Both can be solved, the feet & dumbbell height, by building a diy small calf raise platform with some 2x4's. No biggie. Otherwise the bench is very comfortable for me as I weigh 230 and do 40lb press and supports me firmly but not overly firm. Not having that gap there is a HUGE relief as I'm able to concentrate on weights not that damn crack my rear is falling into. Now someone weighing in at 300 and doing 90# weight might find the cushion to soft and I can see it compressing under that load. As for the attachments they are an added bonus and am appreciative of them. Although I found them to be sturdy & well built they do have a bit of play in them when working out with them which is par for the course of ANY attachment. Could NOT be happier Essential home gym piece. I bought vs competitor because of the adjustable chin-up attachment at lowest setting would fit in my basement, I have a low ceiling. Super bench like no other. Ironmaster Super Bench Adjustable weight-lifting Bench Ironmaster Super Bench Adjustable Weight-lifting Bench. First of all, I am just your ordinary kind of guy. I am not an avid weight lifter or body builder so take what follows with that in mind. I just needed a bench to do some weight training. This bench is a beast. the adjustments are quick and easy. The backrest cover is appropriate for the intended use. The cushion is firm but not too hard but most importantly, it is not too soft. There are accessories that you can add to this but at additional cost. Would I buy this again? In a heartbeat. Will I need to? THE BEST piece of equipment you can buy for a small home gym I've owned this bench since 2010, it still looks new 6 years later. I use it 3-5x/week. With the various optional attachments it can turn a very small space into an incredibly functional home gym. It and the optional accessories are not cheap by any means but each one is the embodiment of "you get what you pay for"! I feel they're a bargain!
My only complaint is that at 5'8" tall, w/ a longer torso and shorter legs, my feet aren't flat on the floor when lying on it. It's NOT a big deal though.

Solid, Safe & Well Built Bench! I did a lot of research looking for an adjustable bench and what sold me on Ironmaster was that a) this bench is rated for more than I could ever lift and b) the accessories makes this perfect for being an all-in-1, space saving piece of gym equipment. I'm so happy with this piece and show it off to all my friends who're impressed with the design of the bench as well as the capabilities w/ the accessories.

Ironmaster Super Bench I'd been looking at this bench for a long time. I finally ordered it and all I can say is stupid me.....for waiting so long! This bench is amazing! Super sturdy and versatile. I ordered direct from Ironmaster and purchased the combo package with the dip bar and crunch attachment. I also ordered the preacher attachment as well. Set up was very easy. ... bench for a few weeks now and I'm very pleased with how it's performed so far I've had this bench for a few weeks now and I'm very pleased with how it's performed so far. Here's my breakdown of the pro's and con's: Pro: Extremely fast and easy to adjust while you're doing your workout. The seat slides in and out quickly and is held in place by gravity and friction. The lever underneath the bench is operated with a foot so making adjustments on the fly is quick which is great since you don't waste time or cool down between exercises. Extremely stable: I haven't felt it shift even slightly during any of my workouts. I do step-ups on it frequently so a stable platform is extremely important. Build quality is excellent: For such a light bench (only 60 pounds or so) it's design is simple and efficient and putting it together only took about 5-10 minutes since it comes mostly assembled. Cons: Add-on's are on the expensive side. I've considered getting the leg attachment but ruled it out for now because of the price. I may spring for it eventually. Not ideal for all heights: I'm on the short side (5'5"). The bench sits higher off the ground than other benches I've used in gyms. When the bench is fully horizontal, maintaining stability while doing bench presses can be challenging because of the distance from the floor. Putting weights down on either side mostly solves the issue so it's not by any means a deal breaker. Also worth noting, other reviewers have mentioned that anyone above 6' may have the opposite issue where the bench length is too short to accommodate them while lying on it. Final thoughts: So far I think I made the right choice with this bench. I've paired it with the T-2 titan power rack and a 200lbs adjustable barbell kit and 300lbs worth of weights for an olympic bar. I don't believe durability will be an issue, especially with the 10 year warranty which definitely gives me some peace of mind. Posted on Amazon.com

Owned for over a year now, A++ Writing this review after using 5 times a week for over a year now. Bench looks and performs as if I bought it yesterday. If I was forced to name a Con, I'd say to do incline bench it took me a while to get a good height/angle setting that worked for me because the seat has just 3 height settings. But I figured it out.
