These all new high quality bands enable you to add assitance or resistance, allowing you to target specific muscles and ranges of motion.

- Approximately 81.9 inches in circumference
- Green = 50-125 lbs (1.7 inches wide)
- Purple = 35-85 lbs (1.3 inches wide)
- Black = 25-65 lbs (0.9 inches wide)
- Red = 15-35 lbs (0.5 inches wide)

What can you do with these bands? Take them on your vacation so you don't loose your hard earned gains. Add some progressive reistance to your barbell weight. Set them up to assist pullups. Do specific PT exercises with lots of angle options.

SHOULD HAVE ORDERED ANOTHER BUNDLE SET FOR SOME MORE OPTIONS, BUT I WILL. IT IS JUST A GREAT OPTION TO INCREASE IN YOUR ARSENAL. PERFECT FOR VACATION, TRIPS. MANY USES AND RESISTANCE INCREASES AND VARIATION IN MY ROUTINES. ANOTHER HIGH QUALITY PRODUCT.

I initially purchased these just to complete a package to secure a discount on the Super Bench Pro and Situp Attachment; however, as someone who was completely new to resistance bands, I'm liking the possibilities that these have opened up. It's so easy to just pick these up and get a quick pump going or do some pull aparts to help with that shoulder health! I can see myself carrying these if I go on vacation in case I won't be able to get a full gym.

I got these to use in a new program without having used bands before; they work! Plus, when in the hospital for the birth of my daughter, I packed the red band in my overnight bag which allowed me to not only get my heart rate up and stretch, but I also did squats and resistance training--my legs were sore the next day! These are a staple for home and on the road.
