Not all attachments for the Super Bench are compatible with the Super Bench PRO. The Leg Attachment PRO is specially designed and developed exclusively for the Super Bench PRO. If you already have the PRO version of our best-selling adjustable bench, then you absolutely have no excuse not to work on your legs.
Like all Ironmaster gym equipment, the Leg Attachment PRO is made to the highest standards. Its durable design and high-quality materials allow you to perform various leg exercises smoothly and conveniently. This add-on equipment is perfect for strengthening your quads and hamstrings with complete isolation movements.
Heavy-duty and powerful leg machine
The Leg Attachment PRO for Super Bench PRO is a powerful and exceptionally designed home gym equipment. Load rated to 200 lbs., it can hold standard weight plates as well as Olympic weight plates while allowing you to do your leg workouts smoothly.
- With a weight load capacity of 200 lbs., this attachment for the Super Bench PRO enables you to work intensely on your quads and hamstrings.
- An Olympic sleeve adapter is included in your purchase of the Leg Attachment PRO that enables it to hold both standard and Olympic weight plates.
- Its axle has a heavy-duty bearing that facilitates smooth rotational movements for performing leg extensions and leg curls despite being loaded with large weights.
Versatile equipment with a user-friendly design
- The included Olympic sleeve adapter enables it to work with Olympic sized plates, or Standard sized plates with a 1" hole on the solid chrome plate holder.
- Extremely durable and protected by vinyl covers, the attachment's 4" x 7" foam roller pads can be adjusted in two positions to suit individuals with longer or shorter legs.
- Whether you already own a set of standard weight plates or only have those of the Olympic variety, the Leg Attachment PRO lets you use either type with the included 12.5"/320mm long Olympic sleeve adapter.
- Similarly, if you own a set of Ironmaster Quick-Lock Dumbbell weight plates, you can load up to 100 lbs. on the Leg Attachment PRO's standard plate holder. (Quick-Lock Dumbbell Plates that came out before 2011 may not fit the plate holder due to the size of the center holes of the plates.)
- This leg extension/leg curl attachment easily connects to the Super Bench PRO in a matter of seconds.
Notes:
- Before using the Leg Attachment PRO, the Super Bench PRO must be set to the 10-degree angle. This incline level offers ample floor clearance for leg extensions and positions you at a slight decline when lying down.
- The Ironmaster Super Bench PRO and weight plates are sold separately.
- This attachment is not compatible with the original Super Bench.

This attachment has great motion for both leg curls and leg extensions, and the tension throughout the range of motion is very good for a plate-loaded leg attachment. I did not notice when ordering it that there are a couple different locations to attach the pads to customize it for your leg mechanics; that was very helpful.
Being incredibly happy with the product, I do have two small complaints. One is that I cannot comfortably load olympic 45 plates at the beginning of the weight stack when doing leg curls because the plates hit my shins. My other small complaint is that I'd like for the attachment to have a bit higher weight capacity than the stated 200 pounds because I expect to easily exceed that amount with bilateral sets as I get back into shape.

Working out at home, I was struggling to find alternatives leg exercises to split squats, jump squats, etc. I've always loved leg extensions, so I was happy to find this attachment and bought it hoping it would work well. And it does! It was easy to set up, attaches very naturally to the bench, and operates very smoothly and reliably. It can only take about 100lbs worth of the Quick-Lock weight plates, but if you do one leg at a time, that should be plenty.

It’s good, well built, and does the job. Nice piece of equipment. When paired with the bench there is no wobble or instability at all due to the additional leg that is part of the extension. Would recommend!

Another great piece for my home gym. Came in perfect condition in just a couple of days. Put together and tested today. Tomorrows leg day. Only other comment is I unscrewed the stop and added 3 flat and 1 lock washer to give it a little more room from the bench post. Works and feels like all Ironmaster equipment. Solid and smooth.

This was the first accessory in my sites after I pulled the trigger on the super bench pro, and it is officially on my "best purchases" list. It is pretty tough to really load hamstrings at home. I was on the fence about this as I thought it would take up to much space. I have a small home gym setup and knew I would have to buy some bigger plates to take full advantage of the leg attachment pro so I was hesitant to buy it. I am glad I did pull the trigger on this its a solid piece as all their stuff is. It did work with my plates as it said it would but I did end up getting some bigger Olympic style plates. Home gym is a little tight to move around but now I fell like I have everything I need to get my workouts in and worth it.

I had the original but I actually like this pro model more because I feel like it sits a little higher off the ground and as a 6 foot 2 inch tall guy the extra clearance helps. Bough for the home gym to incorporate some more leg exercises. Does it’s job very well.

I've been adding more and more attachments to my IM SuperBench Pro. This one I was worried about the most. I've had other leg ext/curl attachments before and found them to be cheaply made. I have/had a standalone Parabody leg ext/curl that I've had for years and loved. I needed to make room in my gym and decided to try the IM attachment. This is by far the sturdiest I've ever used, the front stabilizer leg is the difference maker. That makes the attachment extremely sturdy and smooth. I actually prefer the feel of the lying leg curl on this over my old standalone unit. I sold the Parabody and this attachment takes up very little room. Great addition to my home gym.

This accessory has a solid build unlike the cheaper bench leg attachments in your large chain stores. I don't feel like it gets overloaded when I put extra weight on it. Super.

This is how you destroy your legs in a very good way! Smooth action both curls and extensions. I recommend getting the sleeves to protect the cushions. Overall outstanding build quality and easy assembly process.

I've purchased from Ironmaster a couple times now and can say that all of their products are consistently high quality. The leg attachment is sturdy and feels great for leg extensions. Great product But I wish that they made this like the lat tower where you can actually put the 75 pound dumbbells on where you slide the Dumbbells onto it and you’re able to do your leg extension and curls. Other than that super high-quality.

My 2nd add-on for the Super Bench Pro. Quick and easy assembly, easy to attach to the bench, and very smooth movement. I do the leg curls lying prone as well as single-leg standing by removing the top bar and pads from the unit (only takes a minute to remove and re-attach when done). Slow concentric and eccentric movement when perfroming both leg extensions and leg curls. Feels great and great value.

I was a little skeptical about buying this accessory but got it a month ago and must say it hits muscles you really can't hit easily and it does it as good as the ones in the gym. Since Covid I gave up my membership and have spent a fair amount with Ironmaster with no regrets. Works well, built like a brick house, what more can you ask for?
