Heavy-duty and well-designed
The Leg Attachment for Super Bench features heavy-duty construction with a weight load capacity of 200 lbs. It is perfectly capable to carry both standard and Olympic weight plates and to deliver a smooth leg training experience for you.

- Its durable and solid construction allows it to hold both standard and Olympic weight plates with an Olympic sleeve adapter included in your purchase.
- Equipped with a high-quality bearing that reduces friction and facilitates the smooth movement of the machine at its axle, this machine lets you perform your leg extensions and leg curls effectively and safely even under heavy loads.
Adaptable to a variety of users and weights
This Leg Attachment does not only work with our regular Super Bench but also with all the previous models of the Ironmaster self-spotting machine benches as well. It was designed to accommodate users of different heights and work with a variety of weight plates.
- The Leg Attachment for Super Bench is also compatible with Ironmaster self-spotting machine benches and all its predecessors.
- Its 4" x 7" heavy duty foam roller pads can be set in two positions to cater to users with longer and shorter legs.
- While it works perfectly with standard weight plates that have 1-inch holes, the package includes a 12.5"/320mm long Olympic sleeve adapter for Olympic weight plates that have 2-inch holes.
- If you have the Ironmaster Quick-Lock Dumbbell weight plates, you can fit up to 100 lbs. of those on the Leg Attachment since they are small. (Some older Quick-Lock Dumbbell Plates released before 2011 may not fit the plate holder due to the size of the center holes of the plates.)
Notes:
- The Super Bench in the flat position may not give enough floor clearance to users who are over 6' 2" tall. This can be resolved by rotating the bench up a notch for more clearance. When using heavy weights, a 3-inch block of wood can be placed under the support foot to create more space.
- This attachment is not compatible with the Super Bench PRO. The Leg Attachment PRO is the leg extension equipment suited for the upgraded version of our Super Bench.
- Weight plates are sold separately.
- The Ironmaster Super Bench is sold separately.
- The vinyl Roller Cover Set, now included and pre-installed, dress up the pads to make them smoother and protect them from wear.

My daughter-in-law has the super bench and had told my husband and I about how much she loved this attachment several years ago. At that time I was going to the gym and used the machine there. I totally forgot about it until recently. I'm so happy I purchased this. It works every bit as well as the gyms machines. It's easy to attach and is really smooth and comfortable to use. I thought I would have an issue with no back support but it makes absolutely no difference. My husband wasn't interested in using this when I said I wanted to get it. He now uses it twice a week and loves it too. As with all of Ironmaster products very high quality!

Of all the attachments, start with this one. Great for isolating quads and hammies. Much smoother motion and more continuous resistance compared to other machines I've used. Pads are comfortable. Attachment is simple enough to swap in and out between sets. Great product.

This is a great attachment to add on to the super bench making it even more versatile. I do wish I would have gotten it sooner. If I had any complaints or things I would like to see it would be two 1. I kind of wish there was a backrest, though this could just be me being used the dedicated gym versions. 2. It can be a little hard to remove the attachment if you have soft flooring, the foot of the attachment and the bench will sink down. Just have to lift up but this is more of dig on where I have it setup more than anything. SO yeah really no complaints, buy it, I am glad I did!

I purchased the Super Bench 8 years ago and I have used it very regularly over that period and it still works and looks as good as the day I bought it. I was always skeptical that any leg attachment on a bench would not be as sturdy or as ergonomic as I desired so I held off buying the leg attachment until recently. But having now used it for a couple of months I can attest that this leg attachment is perfectly designed to be sturdy, easy to attach and remove, and it provides an ergonomic experience as good as any dedicated leg extension or leg curl machine.
I'm 5'9" and it is as if it was custom built for me to provide smooth resistance over the full range of motion on both the curl and extension movements. My only regret is that I waited 8 years to purchase the leg attachment. I have found Ironmaster products to be incredibly well built and hence great value for money.

Because of previous experience with Ironmaster products, I expected the leg attachment to be decent, but it is far more solid and smooth in operation than I could have imagined. I'm just sorry I waited so long to get one.

I purchased this to assist post-surgical recovery and as a compliment to my Ironmaster 2000, for which I also have the leg press attachment. I have a corner of my garage devoted to exercise and I am simply amazed by the versatility of the IM equipment. There is almost nothing I cannot do in that little corner and this latest addition is simply further testament to that. The apparatus works flawlessly. The reciprocating motion is butter smooth, the weight level is a breeze to change, and it attaches and detaches from the bench with ease. I can't imagine what more you could want regardless of the price, and this is dirt cheap by comparison to others on the market.

This attachment allows me to do leg curls and leg extensions without too much changing of equipment. Without the attachment I would not be able to properly perform these exercises without going to a gym

I’m always impressed with the high level of quality of everything I own from Ironmaster. And this super bench attachment is no exception. Sturdy and functional, only regret is not buying dinner. Purchased my Superbench and dumbbell set almost 20 years ago, and now work out with my boys. This equipment is over-engineered and will last forever.

I own the IM2000, Super Bench, and Dumbbell set. I decided to purchase a couple accessories for the Bench as well as the kettlebell.
The leg attachment is easy to assemble, comfortable and smooth to use. Large plates, 45-50lbs would hit my shins, so I just added a space disc. You could also just load smaller plates first to alleviate this.
This attachment goes onto and removes from the bench quickly and easily. I plan to purchase the storage rack, as having a lot of accessories and bars is cluttering up my work space.
I can grab the seat of the bench as "handles". I missed having a back while doing leg extensions, so I put a pad on the bar of my IM2000, adjusted the safeties to the appropriate height, backed the bench into position and used that. It works great.
I haven't experimented too much with additional exercises aside from the obvious leg extensions and hamstring curls.

Just bought this accessory after years of using the Super Bench. It works as expected. I’m 6’ 6” so I knew I would need to raise the attachment to accommodate my long legs. I simply use a 2 by 4 under the footing below the attachment to raise the bench. Works like a charm and still very stable. The attachment requires some assembly but it was easy to do and took about 15 minutes. The attachment itself is very sturdy and attaches in a few seconds. I expect many years of use. I recommend this attachment for all levels of users.

This accessory is one of the main reasons I bought my Superbench back in 2007. Not only does it work great for leg extensions and hamstring curl, but I use a towel and wrap it around the pads to work my back and biceps. I also remove the top bar and pads to use the leg curls in a single leg standing position with the bench in a slight decline to keep pad above my knee. It actually feels better than the ones at 24 hour fitness in Los Angeles. Especially with the leg extensions where the commercial machine feel like they are lop sided and stress one leg over the other. I have use mine for 13 years and even competed for bodybuilding using this setup.

FANTASTIC quality! Just like everything else I've purchased from Iron Master, this too is of the absolute highest quality.
My only nit pick with it is that when plates are loaded and you're doing leg extensions large plates can touch your shins (45 lb plate, in my case). For me, it's simply annoying as it's a very light touch, but for someone with large lower legs, they could find it more than just irritating. My solution would be to add a lower-weight plates on first (ie 10#) as a buffer to create some distance

Love this. Well, well made. Even has a bronze bushing for smoothness. Heavy and solid.
Padding is thick and dense. Very comfortable too.
I consider it an essential accessory, and use both Olympic and quick lock dumbbell plates with it.
Like all Ironmaster master gear I've picked up so far...rock solid, and cost effective.
