It works ok, I have it on carpet and seems to hold well. Not sure about having bent handles vs having a straight bar, but I do like the inner bars to really give the arm and shoulders a good workout. I think the grip areas are on the small side for guys.

A good solution if you have limited space I am really happy with the bench and the attachments. This , and the dip attachment work really well for me.I bought a tower to do P90x3 and it served me well( I have a review on it ), but it took up so much valuable space, that I took a leap of faith , sold it, and bought this instead. I'm now doing the elite block of P90x3 , and this thing works great.I have to be more careful with my form, compared to the huge tower, but you would really have to be kipping to make this thing tip over. The materials and construction are top notch...especially the welds.I'm not going to say that is its 100% perfect. I would much rather have a permanent bar hanging from the ceiling, but this is a pretty great solution for people who have limited space. Posted on Amazon.com

Pretty good, well made. A little wobble now and then, but overall I like it. I use it for P90x since there is no place I can put a door pull up bar. It has served me well. Very well built. Posted on Amazon.com

headline Great attachment for the super bench. Though it is not completely sturdy, you can still work out with not problems at all. So far so good! Posted on Amazon.com

works great... but since this is mounted high up from the bench there tends to be a lot of wobbly movement when doing quick reps. i suggest weighing the front down with some 45 lb plates to fix this problem. Posted on Amazon.com
