      Description

      At 28" in length with a solid, steel construction, this cable curl bar is built to last and is excellent for bicep and triceps work. Perform cable curls and triceps pushdowns with ease. Can also be used for close-grip front lat pulldowns. Chrome bar with heavy duty knurled grips ensures that securely gripping the bar during exercises is not a problem.

      I'm glad I got it because of the added versatility for the IM2000. However, when I first used it there was a very annoying and loud squeak coming from the collar whenever it was rotated beyond half-way through a curl. I sprayed some penetrating lubricant at the joint, but every so often it squeaks again. I can also feel just a bit of friction resistance when it rotates to the point of the squeak. Not a deal-breaker; but I'd be happier if it didn't squeak.
