I see your site is set up to ship to the US and Canada.

Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
Yes. We charge for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Enter your address at check out for an estimate.
If I pick up my order at your warehouse do you offer a discount?
Yes, we offer a 10% local discount on orders that are picked up or placed at our warehouse. If you would like to pick up your online order at our warehouse please mention this in your order notes and one of our representitaves will contact you to arrange a pick up time and date that best suits your schedule.
Are all of your attachments compatiable with both the Super Bench and the Super Bench Pro V2?
Yes, all of our attachments are compatiable with both benches with the only execptions being our Leg Attachments and Wheel Kits. Please visit the links below for more information:
I won't be home to receive my delivery, what do I do?
The best way to customize your delivery is to sign up for UPS My Choice once your order has shipped and you receive tracking information. This service allows you to reroute or reschedule parcels online.
Are your products compatiable with other fitness gear?
Due to machining variables, we cannot guarantee compatibility with other brands. We want to remain transparent regarding using Ironmaster gear with other brands. Ironmaster attachments may not fit on another brands rack/bench and vice-versa due to safety and our proprietary desgins. If you wanted to give it a try, you absolutely can do so. The only caveat is that you would be responsible for the return shipping if our product did not work on or with a non Ironmaster product. If any alterations are made all warantees are voided and we will not accept a return/refund.
I have my Kettlebell maxed out at 80 lbs.
Is there any way to add more weight?
Yes, our 22.5 lb Kettlebell handle can be configured up to 102.5 lbs. Depending on what items you have will determine what you will need to reach this weight. Please contact our support team for more information.
What is the max weight you adjustable dumbbells can hold?
A single Quick-Lock Adjustable Dumbbell is capable of loading up to 180 lbs. Please contact our support team for more information.
I want to add an item to my order but it is sold out.
Can I add this to my order?
No, items that are sold out cannot be added to an order. The best way to stay informed on when items are available to be purchased weather instock or on backorder is to get signed up for our newsletter at the bottom of the homepage on our website.
