The Ironmaster IM3000 Valhalla is the result of decades of engineering experience, customer feedback, and real-world training. Built as the next evolution of Ironmaster’s self-spotting systems, Valhalla is a complete strength solution that replaces multiple machines with one uncompromising platform for your home.
By combining a full-width functional trainer, a high puller for lat pulls, a bench height pulley for heavy rows, plus 2x 200 lb weight stacks, an adjustable 4-grip chin-up station, our smooth self-spotting bar into a single frame, the IM3000 Valhalla delivers true commercial-gym capability in a purpose-built home gym system.

Valhalla features two independently adjustable functional pulleys with a 70-inch width, allowing a full range of motion for cable flys, presses, rows, isolateral and athletic movements.

Self-Spotting System

Stoked to be the first review for the IM3000 Valhalla - just received it and put it together last week and absolutely LOVE this rack!! I came from a Rogue RML 390F and was interested in the Valhalla because I always felt limited with my basic rack and, as I've gotten older, I've started to have more issues with tweaking my back by solely doing free weight exercises.
The different pulley systems in play give me everything I need and everything I felt was missing from my previous rack in order to safeguard my back and still push my gains forward. Additionally, the self-spotting barbell is incredible for your usual exercises but the fact you can turn it into a leg press as well is a massive bonus. You're really able to do pretty much any exercise you can think of just using one single rack - this is where the $$ invested are put to great use.
Everything from the delivery process to putting the whole thing together oozed quality. Got it delivered in a massive crate and, although there's a lot of parts and it can feel daunting, the instruction video made it a breeze to put together. It took my wife and I roughly ~6 hours to get everything fully set up, but were never confused as to what needed to be done throughout the process since the video was super clear.
All in all, I'd make this investment again any time. And if and when we move, we will take this whole thing apart and put it back together with no hesitation. It's everything we need in a gym and then some (as long as you have some dumbbells, too)!
